Current Bridging The Gap HMIS Participating Organizations

Please complete the BTG New User Agreement and Training Request form and submit to the HMIS Help Desk.  We will review your forms and contact you to schedule a training session.

For organizations requesting access to the HMIS database, please reach out directly to your local Bridging the Gap chapter for more details.

**Training requests will be approved once access to the HMIS database has been approved for your organization and your new user forms are received.
